🛍️ Returns Eligibility

We accept returns if:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The item is unused, in original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Items on sale or discounted
  • Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, hygiene products)
  • Gift cards or downloadable software

🔁 Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: Email us at support@shopexo.store with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
  2. Wait for Approval: Once we verify, we’ll share return instructions and shipping details.
  3. Ship the Product: Pack the product securely and ship it to the address provided.
  4. Inspection: After receiving the return, we’ll inspect it and notify you about the refund status.

Note: Return shipping charges are the buyer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or wrong.


💸 Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after product inspection.
  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method (Credit Card, UPI, etc.).
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be done via bank transfer or UPI.

🔄 Exchange Policy

If you’d like to exchange an item (e.g., different size or color), please follow the same return process and mention the exchange request in your email.

  • Do not send back any product without prior approval.
  • We reserve the right to deny refunds for items that do not meet the return criteria.
