🛍️ Returns Eligibility
We accept returns if:
- The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The item is unused, in original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories.
Non-returnable items include:
- Items on sale or discounted
- Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, hygiene products)
- Gift cards or downloadable software
🔁 Return Process
- Initiate a Return: Email us at support@shopexo.store with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
- Wait for Approval: Once we verify, we’ll share return instructions and shipping details.
- Ship the Product: Pack the product securely and ship it to the address provided.
- Inspection: After receiving the return, we’ll inspect it and notify you about the refund status.
Note: Return shipping charges are the buyer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or wrong.
💸 Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after product inspection.
- The refund will be credited to your original payment method (Credit Card, UPI, etc.).
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be done via bank transfer or UPI.
🔄 Exchange Policy
If you’d like to exchange an item (e.g., different size or color), please follow the same return process and mention the exchange request in your email.
